Since 1983, we at Sprachcaffe have traveled the world, learned languages, discovered cultures and shared unforgettable moments. Now it's time to celebrate our long-standing friendships and relive all the memories! We cordially invite you to the Sprachcaffe Reunion Party, which will take place on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023 in Frankfurt. Together we want to laugh, reunite and share our language travel adventures.

Returnee Party Registration

Simply fill out our registration form. You have the freedom to decide for yourself whether you want to take advantage of the additional options for transportation and accommodation or plan your own travel and accommodation in Frankfurt. After your registration you will receive a confirmation and can look forward to our Sprachcaffe Returnee Party full of anticipation!

Places at the Sprachcaffe Returnee Party are limited and will be allocated quickly. Therefore, please register early and don't miss the chance to be there!

We are big fans of friendships and invite you to bring up to two friends who would also like to participate in this unforgettable night. Together we can enjoy the party even more and create great memories.

We will help you with the arrival

To make sure you are not late and don't have to worry about getting to frankfurt, we will help you get there. We are planning transportation from the following cities between 9am and 11am on 12/16/2023, the day of the Returnee party.

Arrival with company

We have taken care of your comfort and organize the round trip from different cities in comfortable buses or trains from other cities. These bus trips are accompanied by dedicated Sprachcaffe staff/team members who will ensure that your trip runs smoothly. The cost of the bus journey is €50 per person and includes both the outward and return journeys. This means you don't have to worry about anything else - just get on, sit back and look forward to the party!

Overnight stay in Haus der Jugend

For those who want to really enjoy the party and don't want to worry about the journey home, we offer the possibility to stay overnight at the Haus der Jugend with us in Frankfurt.

The overnight stay costs 25 € per person and includes a comfortable place to sleep. You can share a room with up to two friends to share the costs and deepen your friendships.

05:45 pm- Opening ceremony

Warm words from our event director and a brief review of past language trips.
Start your trip down memory lane as we share some fun anecdotes.

06:00 pm- Dinner and networking

Enjoy a delicious dinner and make new contacts with former team members, teachers and other language travelers.
Use this time to share your favorite moments and talk about your adventures.

07:30 pm- Entertainment and Special Acts

Our special acts will provide entertainment and surprises.
Some of the best talents will perform to thrill you.

08:30 pm- DJ-Set 1

Our first top DJ will turn up the music and open the dance floor.
Dance, laugh and celebrate your shared experiences.

09:30 pm- Anecdotes from the language trips

We present some of the funniest and most memorable anecdotes from your past language study trips.
Laugh about shared experiences and friendships that will last forever.

10:00 pm- DJ-Set 2

The second top DJ will continue to rock the party.
Dance until late hours and enjoy the electrifying atmosphere.

11:00 pm- Midnight surprise

A special surprise to celebrate the midnight.
Look forward to unforgettable moments!

12:00 am- DJ-Set 3 und Party

Our third DJ will keep the party going until dawn
Dance, sing and party into the night!

02:00 am- Wrapping up

From about 2 o'clock the celebration comes to an end
For those who would like to stay the night, overnight accommodations are available at the Haus der Jugend

07:30 am- Breakfast and goodbye

Breakfast for those who stayed overnight
It's time to say goodbye to old and new friends, but the memories will remain!
