During this four-day stopover you will have the opportunity to explore some of London's most iconic locations such as Buckingham Palace, the Big Ben, and Westminster. Accommodation and meals are of course included in the price, so you don't have to worry about anything and can truly enjoy your time in England. The London Experience is available to students starting in September.

Your English stay

A school year in England consists of 3 terms of 4 months per year. You have the option to choose between:

1 Terms: January - March
1.5 Terms: September - January
Two Terms: January - July or September - March
Three terms: September - July

New UK Visa Rules (ETA) for Visa-Exempt Travelers

Please be informed of an important update regarding entry requirements for visitors to the UK. Starting from April 2nd, travellers from countries that do not require a visa, including EU member states and Switzerland, will need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) to enter the UK.

Key details:

• The new regulation will come into effect on April 2nd, 2024, for European visitors.

• Applications for the ETA can be submitted starting from March 5th, 2024.

Please ensure that all relevant staff are aware of this new requirement, especially when advising clients traveling to the UK or transiting via UK airports.

You will stay with a previously screened and approved host family. The student's needs and interests will be met as much as possible with those of the host family.
In England, all students must wear a school uniform until the age of 15.
Classes run approximately from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Yes, an Area Coordinator/Area Representative who will come to the school every month to check on things. This person can be contacted by phone at any time should a problem arise.

Public transportation in England is well organised and available in the cities. Intercity coaches are also available.

The standard vaccinations common in Europe (tetanus, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis A and B, diphtheria, pertussis, polio) are recommended.
England is a safe country. Nevertheless, we recommend to keep personal valuables either on yourself or in a safe place.
