Italian Gap Year Destinations

Bella Italia! Italian is a very romantic language and is also closely related to Spanish, Portuguese and French. It is the official language of various different countries such as Italy itself, Switzerland and many state regions like Slovenia and Croatia.

As one of the historically most exciting countries in Europe, Italy offers its locals and visitors art, culture and historical sights at every corner. There are two available locations for your Gap Year language courses: Florence and Calabria! You decide on the time and the place and we will take care of the flight, your accommodation and your language course.

Requirements for entering Italy

If you are a European citizen you will not require a special entry or residency permit if you want to live in Italy for a longer amount of time. Should you not own a European passport, we recommend that you apply for a VISA at the Italian embassy.

Travel insurance for Italy

Make sure that you have a travel health insurance and that this insurance will remain valid for the entirety of your stay in Italy. When in doubt or if you know that you do not have a travel health insurance that is valid until you return from Italy you will need to apply for an additional one.
