We strongly recommend visiting the 'Oktoberfest' which is well known around the world as one of the largest community festivals. 'Lederhosen' and 'Dirndl' can be spotted all around Munich and are simply a part of the ever lasting local tradition! Our Gap Year or sabbatical courses are the most effective way to quickly develop your German language skills quickly. You can stay in our Gap Year course in Munich for up to 12 Months. During this time you have plenty of opportunities to get to know the country and its people.

Our Gap Year language courses

We offer a Standard and Intensive course option through which you can decide whether you would like to have 4 or 6 lessons per day. All lessons are 45 minutes long. There are language courses for all skill levels from beginners to advanced speakers. You will take a placement test before beginning your course in order to help us determine which course level is appropriate for you to take. Our language school

Our language school is located in the popular quarter of 'Schwabing', which is the regional capital of Bavaria. The English garden and the Ludwig-Maximilian university are also very close to the school. Taking walks around the area pays off during any season. Many traditional restaurants and comfortable cafes in the region await your visit in the region. A special attraction in the summer is "Der verrückte Eismacher", meaning the crazy ice cream maker, where you'll be able to buy sausage or beer flavored ice cream. In the winter you will not want to miss the opportunity to go to the Christmas market at the 'Chinesischer Turm' where you will be able to taste the traditional 'Glühwein' and 'Bratwurscht-Semmel'. The language school in Munich is located inside an elegant old building and the classrooms are equipped with designer furniture.
