The biggest factor influencing the price of your language holiday is definitely your destination. Some destinations are more expensive than others due to their popularity. Your choice of accommodation and the type of language course you choose will also cause the price to vary. It is therefore fair to say that the price of your language study trip depends largely on your individual needs.

Once we have received your booking, you will usually receive your booking confirmation and invoice within 3 working days.

We usually send you detailed travel information 3-4 weeks before your arrival. In this information, you will learn a lot of interesting facts about the upcoming trip and, in the case of a language study trip for students, you will receive documents that your parents need to fill out and upload in the customer portal.

After you have paid the full price and received all the documents, we will send you the voucher. Together with the voucher, you will receive the address of the accommodation and the school as well as your e-ticket for the flight, if this has been booked through us.

The vouchers are sent at the earliest 2 weeks before departure, in a few rare cases it can happen that you receive the voucher only a few days before departure. This is because we still need to clarify details of your trip with you, the transport company or the service provider on site.

Depending on the destination, students as young as 13 can take part in a language holiday for students. The age range for language holidays for students is between 13 and 21, although students of legal age already have the option of taking part in a language holiday for adults. The lessons as well as the supervision and leisure programme are designed precisely to meet the needs of students.

Alternatively, we offer language courses for adults from the age of 18. Since most participants in our adult language courses are between the ages of 18 and 35, you are in perfect hands with us if you are within this age range. The supervision and leisure activities for adults are very different from those for students. However, both types of language study trips have one thing in common: learning a foreign language with like-minded people who want to experience a great language holiday and go home with new friendships and lots of memories.

Sprachcaffe offers various accommodation solutions for your language holidays. They range from flats, accommodation in a double or single room and with facilities that can be shared with other students, to residence. In this case, it is a solution that gives more independence and can be shared with peers with the same spirit and goals.

Living with a host family is also very interesting, as you will experience a complete linguistic and cultural immersion in the country during your language study trip. In this case, you can choose half board or full board, depending on the destination. However, it is also possible to book a study holiday abroad by choosing a hotel with a double or single room.
