European Union citizens planning to travel to the United States should be aware that their policy has changed radically in recent years. Steps to qualify for the Visa Waiver Program include: a) your country falls within the list of countries covered by the ENP or VWP, b) having a machine readable passport, c) applying for entry for a period of less than 90 days for tourism or business, d) have a return ticket on an airline, e) complete and sign a Form I-94 class, exemption of non-immigrant visa, which is usually given on your flight f) does not fall into the categories do not inadmissible by law in the United States.
